摘要
目的针对持续质量改进在眼科护理管理中的应用价值展开研究。方法取2017年9月-2019年9月时段接收88例眼科患者以入院时间分为2组,对照组44例采纳常规护理管理方案,观察组44例采纳持续质量改进方案,对比护理质量、护理满意度、焦虑抑郁情绪。结果和对照组相比,观察组护理质量较好,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度(97.73%)较对照组(86.36%)高,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预后,观察组SAS评分为(35.28±2.69)分、SDS评分为(33.84±3.06)分,观察组心理状态较对照组好,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施持续质量改进模式,对眼科患者具有缩短住院时间的效果,患者心理状态明显改善,很大程度上提高了护理质量。
Objective To study the application value of continuous quality improvement in ophthalmic nursing management.Methods Eighty-eight patients with ophthalmology during the period from 2017.09 to 2019.09 were divided into two groups based on admission time, 44 patients in the control group adopted the routine nursing management program, and 44 patients in the observation group adopted the continuous quality improvement program. The quality of care, nursing satisfaction, anxiety and depression were compared mood. Results Compared with the control group, the quality of care in the observation group was better, the difference waw statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group(97.73%)was higher than that of the control group(86.36%), the difference waw statistically significantt(P<0.05). After the nursing intervention, the SAS score of the observation group was(35.28±2.69)points and the SDS score was(33.84±3.06)points. The psychological state of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference waw statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of continuous quality improvement mode has the effect of shortening the length of hospital stay for ophthalmic patients, and the patients’ mental state has been significantly improved, which has greatly improved the quality of care.
