摘要
采用"擦洗-分级-浸出"工艺对非洲某低品质硅藻土进行降钙提纯试验研究,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、比表面积分析(BET)等对提纯前后的样品进行表征。结果表明,提纯样品达到一级土标准,比表面积显著增大,助溶剂的加入能够明显降低浸出酸用量。
Africa’s raw diatomite was processed by scrubbing, grading, and leaching. The raw diatomite and purified diatomite was characterized by elemental analysis, SEM, XRD and BET analysis. The results indicated that the purified diatomite was up to first class and its specific surface area increases remarkably, cosolvent can reduce the dosage of acid in leaching.
