摘要
文章基于2004-2017年中国高新技术产品出口东盟十国的面板数据,构建随机前沿引力模型,测算了中国对东盟十国出口高新技术产品的贸易效率与贸易潜力。结果表明:中国对东盟国家高新技术产品的出口会受到人均GDP、人口规模、两国相对距离等自然因素的显著影响,同时也会受到是否签订贸易协定、进口国腐败控制程度等人为因素的影响,中国对东盟各国出口高新技术产品的贸易潜力提升空间呈波动递减趋势,中国需要发展和培养新的要素来刺激对东盟国家的出口。最后文章对如何提高中国对东盟国家出口高新技术产品的贸易效率提出相应对策。
Based on the panel data of China’s high-tech products exported to the ten ASEAN countries from 2004 to 2017,this paper constructs a stochastic frontier gravity model to measure China’s trade efficiency and potential for high-tech exports to the ten ASEAN countries.The results show that China’s exports of high-tech products to ASEAN countries are significantly affected by the natural factors such as per capita GDP,population size,and the relative distance between the two countries.At the same time,it is also affected by the factors such as whether to sign a trade agreement and the degree of corruption control in the importing country.China’s trade potential for exporting high-tech products to ASEAN countries shows a trend of fluctuating decline.China needs to develop and cultivate new factors to stimulate exports to ASEAN countries.Finally,this article puts forward corresponding countermeasures on how to improve China’s trade efficiency in exporting high-tech products to ASEAN countries.
