摘要
本文通过对读多版本《永顺县志》,发现《苗防备览》所载土家语料非直接转录自王伯麟增补的《永顺县志》初刻本,而是源自其某一传刻本。采集该语料的主持者为王伯麟。如利用现代田野调查所得语料来校理该文献语料,应通览《苗防备览》前的《永顺县志》各版本。
Through a comparison of the multiple versions of Yongshun Xianzhi(that is, the Yongshun County Chronicle, hereinafter as YSXZ), it is found that the Tujia material recorded in Miaofang Beilan(MFBL) was not directly copied from the original block-printed edition of Wang Bolin’s supplementary version of YSXZ, but instead originated from a certain later block-printed edition descended from it. Evidently, Wang Bolin was the person in charge of the language material collection. A checkup into each and every version of YSXZ prior to MFBL is recommended when modern material from fieldwork is employed to collate the Tujia language material in the historical records.
