摘要
目的探讨孟鲁司特与沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂应用于儿童哮喘中的疗效。方法研究患儿均为2017年5月—2019年5月该院收治的哮喘患儿,共计90例。以随机数表法将90例患儿分为对照组与研究组,各45例。对照组应用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗,研究组在此基础上应用孟鲁司特纳治疗。对比两组治疗的总有效率、治疗前后外周嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)与神经营养素-3 (NT-3)的变化,以及治疗期间所出现的不良反应情况。结果研究组治疗的总有效率为93.33%高于对照组75.56%(χ2=5.414,P<0.05)。治疗后研究组EOS(0.13±0.02)×10^9/L与NT-3(23.50±5.60)ng/mL低于对照组(0.30±0.03)×10^9/L、(38.20±5.42)ng/mL(t=4.238、12.653,P<0.01)。研究组治疗期间的不良反应发生率4.44%与对照组4.44%对比差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.000,P>0.05)。结论孟鲁司特与沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗儿童哮喘疗效确切,且具有调节神经源性气道炎症反应功效,安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of montelukast and salmeterol and roticasone powder inhalation in children with asthma.Methods All the children were studied in the hospital from May 2017 to May 2019,a total of 90 asthma children.Ninety patients were divided into the control group and the study group by 45 cases by random number table method.The control group was treated with salmeterol and fluticasone powder inhaler,and the study group was treated with montelukastner.The total effective rate,changes in peripheral eosinophils(EOS) and neurotrophins-3(NT-3) before and after treatment,and adverse reactions during the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33% higher than that of the control group 75.56%(χ2=5.414,P<0.05).After treatment,the EOS(0.13±0.02)×10^9/L and NT-3(23.50±5.60) ng/mL were lower than those in the control group(0.30±0.03)×10^9/L,(38.20±5.42) ng/mL(g=4.238,12.653,P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the study group was 4.44% compared with 4.44% in the control group.There difference was not statistically significant(χ2=0.000,P>0.05).Conclusion Montelukast and salmeterol and fluticasone powder inhalation have a definite effect on children with asthma,and have the effect of regulating neurogenic airway inflammation response.It is safe and reliable.
