摘要
目的探讨正念瑜伽训练结合心理弹性调节对二胎孕妇产后抑郁的心理干预效果分析。方法按照随机数字表法将鹤壁市妇幼保健院2019年2—9月收治的82例二胎孕妇产后抑郁患者进行分组。对照组41例予以心理弹性调节;观察组41例增加正念瑜伽训练。连续干预至产后6周,观察两组孕产妇的抑郁程度、神经内分泌水平和睡眠质量。结果观察组爱丁堡产后抑郁量表评分较对照组低(P<0.05),观察组多巴胺及5-羟色胺水平较对照组高,血清氢化可的松较对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论正念瑜伽训练结合心理弹性调节能够显著调节二胎孕妇产后抑郁患者的精神状态,调节神经内分泌水平,缓解抑郁情绪,提高睡眠质量。
Objective To investigate the psychological intervention effect of mindfulness Yoga training combined with mental resilience regulation on postpartum depression in second-born pregnant women.Methods According to the method of random number table,82 cases of postpartum depression of second birth pregnant women were divided into groups.A total of 41 cases in the control group were given psychoelastic adjustment,and 41 cases in the observation group were given mindfulness yoga training.The depression degree,neuroendocrine level,and sleep quality of the two groups were observed.Results The Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of dopamine and serotonin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and serum hydrocortisone was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mindfulness Yoga training combined with mental resilience can significantly regulate the mental state of postpartum depression patients in second-child pregnant women,regulate neuroendocrine levels,relieve depression and improve sleep quality.
