摘要
以王坡煤业3316综放工作面为工程背景,分析了高地应力松软煤层顺层瓦斯抽采钻孔施工影响因素,采用螺旋钻进自排渣的钻孔施工工艺以及新材料径向膨胀主动承压式注浆封孔工艺,并与原工艺进行了现场对比试验分析,优化后的瓦斯抽采工艺应用效果显著,有效解决了瓦斯抽采成孔及封孔问题,能够满足安全高效的生产需求。
Taking 3316 fully mechanized caving face of Wangpo Coal Industry as engineering background,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of gas drainage drilling in the bedding of high ground stress soft coal seam and puts forward drilling construction technology of spiral drilling and self-slag discharge and the new material radial expansion active pressure-type grouting and sealing technology,which has significant application effects,effectively solves the problems of gas extraction hole formation and sealing,and can meet the needs of safe and efficient production.
