摘要
为研究超深高地应力条件下煤层的瓦斯赋存规律以便得到解决现场瓦斯灾害的有效措施,采用现场测定、数据拟合处理的方法开展了煤层瓦斯地质规律的研究。采用单元划分法,对工作面的瓦斯涌出规律进行了研究。结果表明:带压注浆封闭双松动圈的特殊封孔工艺能够较准确地测定煤层瓦斯压力。煤层瓦斯压力和瓦斯含量均随着埋深的增加而增大,增长梯度分别为0.06MPa/100m和0.13m^3/t/100m。采用上隅角埋管+抽放泵抽放的方法能够有效降低上隅角瓦斯浓度,解决矿井采煤工作面上隅角瓦斯积聚问题,保证安全生产。这一研究成果对解决现场上隅角瓦斯超限问题有着重要的指导意义。
In order to study the gas occurrence law of coal seams under ultra-deep and high ground stress conditions and obtain effective measures to resolve gas disasters in the field,the field test and data fitting are used to study the geological laws of coal seam gas.Using the cell division method,the gas emission law of the working face is studied.The results show that the special sealing technology with closed double loosening ring with pressure grouting can accurately measure the gas pressure of coal seams.The coal seam gas pressure and content increase with an increment of the burial depth,and the growth gradients are 0.06 MPa/100 m and 0.13 m 3/t/100 m,respectively.The method of using the upper corner buried pipe+drainage pump can effectively reduce the gas concentration at the upper corner,solve the problem of gas accumulation at the corner,and ensure safe production.This research has important guiding significance for solving the corner gas overrun problem on the site.
