Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of batroxobin combined with ginkgo biloba extract injection in the treatment of sudden deafness, and provide a basis for clinical application. Methods Computers were searched for articles on the clinical effects of Batroxobin and Ginkgo biloba extract injections in the treatment of sudden deafness, which were included in the China Knowledge Network,Wanfang,Weipu, and China Biomedical Literature Database. The search period is from the establishment of the library to April 2019.Meta-analysis was performed using Rev Man 5.3 software based on inclusion and exclusion criteria for inclusion in the literature and extraction of data.A total of 13 articles included in the Meta-analysis were randomized controlled trials, including 1274 subjects. The total effective rate of sudden deafness was compared between the observation group and the single-drug control group. Results There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of curative effect of sudden deafness(RR=1.21,95%CI:1.15-1.27,Z=7.64,P<0.01).Conclusion The use of batroxobin combined with ginkgo biloba extract injection for the treatment of sudden deafness has significant efficacy and is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
