改革开放40年高校心理健康教育变革与反思

摘要 我国高校心理健康教育的发展是改革开放的成果,经历了早中晚三个阶段,其间政策引领发挥了重要作用。近40年来,基础理论、大学生心理健康状况实证、教育模式、咨询方法、咨询伦理等方面的理论研究获得丰硕成果,实践领域则形成了"咨询+课程+活动"的教育模式。总的来说,在借鉴世界经验的基础上形成了自己的特色,但本土化的程度仍然不足。 The development of mental health education in universities in China is the result of reform and opening up. It has experienced three stages of early,middle and late during which national policy played an important role. In the recent 40 years,theoretical research including basic theory,empirical research on mental health status of college students,education model,consulting methods,and consulting ethics has produced abundant a chievements,and the practical area has formed an education model of "consultation + curriculum + activities".In general,it has formed its own characteristics on the basis of real world experience,but is insufficient in terms of localization.
