摘要
以浮托安装过程中导管架平台上的桩腿耦合装置(LMU)为研究对象,利用有限元软件Workbench分析结构静力性能。通过简化模型,考虑垂向载荷20000N,计算桩腿耦合装置(LMU)的受力情况。对缓冲组合构件的结构形变、受力迭代、位移迭代、应变能和应力等方面进行了分析,为后续结构优化提出方向,为工程实例提供参考依据。
Taking the LMU on Jacket platform during floating support instal ation as the research object,the static performance of the structure is analyzed by finite element software Workbench.By simplified model,considering the vertical load of 20000 N,to calculate the stress of the pile legs coupling unit(LMU).To buffer assembly structure deformation,stress iteration,displacement iteration,strain energy and stress was analyzed,and put forward direction for further structural optimization and provide reference basis for engineering practice.
