摘要
工作嵌入是衡量个体"卡"在目前工作网络中的程度的构念,是近几年组织行为学领域的热点,围绕工作嵌入,学者相继提出了组织嵌入、社区嵌入、家庭嵌入以及职业嵌入等构念,但目前嵌入理论的研究仍以单一嵌入为主,关于多重嵌入的研究仍然是很小的一部分。本文通过对2001年以来相关文献的梳理,回顾不同嵌入的构念发展,总结过去文献中关于不同嵌入对工作结果变量的共同效应的分析,进一步提出未来需要如何进一步发展和检验包括多个嵌入的理论模型,从而对多重嵌入理论的发展做出贡献。
Job embeddedness, which measures the degree to which an individual is "falling into" the work network, has become a hot topic in the field of organizational behavior in recent years. Based on the construct of job embeddedness, scholars have put forward the concepts of organizational embeddedness, community embeddedness, family embeddedness and occupational embeddedness. But until the present, the research on embeddedness has mainly concentrated on single kind of embeddedness, and there is little research on multiple embeddedness. This paper hopes to review the development of different embeddedness constructs, summarize analyses of the effects of different embeddedness on work outcome variables from previous literature, and propose ways to further develop and test the theoretical model, including the concept of multiple embeddedness, in the future, so as to contribute to the development of the multiple embeddedness theory.
