摘要
为了减小驱动电机换相转矩波动对真空断路器动触头运动速度的影响,提出一种换相期间PWM调制电机驱动回路开关管的方法。根据电机操动机构的工作原理,计算得到断路器动触头运动速度与电机输出转矩之间的数学关系,同步调节换相过程中各开关管触发信号PWM的占空比,减小输出转矩下降幅度,提高动触头运动速度。真空断路器电机操动机构联机实验结果表明,换相期间采用PWM调制的动触头运动速度整体得到提升,断路器平均合闸速度提高了0.21 m/s。
To reduce the influence of drive motor commutation torque ripple for vacuum circuit breaker(VCB)moving contact speed,a method of Pulse-width modulation(PWM)to switching tubes during the motor commutation is proposed.According to the motor operating mechanism of VCB,the relation between the moving contact speed and the motor torque is calculated.During the motor commutation,the duty ratios of the opening switching tube and the closing switching tube are regulated respectively,so as to reduce the decline of motor output torque,the moving contact speed is increased.Through the experiment on VCB,the results show that the moving contact speed is raised entirely after PWM modulation during the commutation period.The average closing speed of VCB is raised by 0.21 m/s.
