摘要
在大数据信息时代,数据像实物产品一样具有产品特性,渐渐出现并形成自上游数据生产到下游数据消费的供应链雏形。文章通过对大数据供应链内部结构分析,尝试提出政府统计部门工作未来的创新思路。介绍初步形成的大数据供应链模型,包括形成数据产品的主要流程、各阶段数据承载主体的主要职能、统计政府部门与其他主体之间在供应链中的主要关系,最后给出统计部门的创新思路与建议。
In the era of big data information,data,like physical products,has product characteristics and gradually presents and forms the prototype of supply chain from upstream data production to downstream data consumption.Through the analysis of the internal structure of the big data supply chain,this paper attempts to put forward innovative ideas for the future work of government statistics departments.The paper mainly introduces the preliminarily formed big data supply chain model,including the main process of forming data products,the main functions of the data bearer in each stage,and the main relationship between government departments and other entities in the supply chain.Finally,the paper offers some innovative ideas and suggestions for the statistical department.
