摘要
随着全球经济一体化进程不断加快,我国同世界各国的互联互动已经变得空前紧密,国内经济发展与国际社会经济联动效应已经渗透到经济发展的各个环节。与此同时,受全球经济发展格局深刻变化的影响,中国经济的比较优势也在发生着深刻变化,需要更加积极参与国际专业化分工和全球价值链体系。粤港澳大湾区建设就是以构建开放型经济新体制为准则,以"互联互通"的理念建立新的合作机制,推动粤港澳大湾区不断走向深化,实现粤港澳三地"人流、物流、资金流、信息流"四要素自由流动。大湾区在完善国家治理体系、推进治理能力现代化和开放型经济新体制方面的探索,可以为全球治理体系改革和建设提供新动力,为促进形成更加公正合理的国家新秩序贡献中国智慧和方案。
When the process of global economic integration is accelerating,the interconnection and interaction between China and other countries in the world has become unprecedentedly close.At the same time,due to the profound changes in the global economic development pattern,China's economic comparative advantages are also undergoing profound changes.It is necessary to take a more active part in international specialization and the global value chain system.The construction of the Guangdong-Hong kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is to establish a new cooperation mechanism based on the construction of an open economic system and the concept of"connectivity",so as to promote the continuous deepening of the great bay area and realize the free flow of"people,logistics,capital and information".It's an exploration in improving the national governance system,promoting the modernization of governance capacity as well as establishing an brand-new open economic system,it could provide new impetus for the construction and reform of global governance system,contribute Chinese wisdom and plans to the formation of a more just and equitable national order.
