摘要
基于城乡发展统计数据,运用综合测度指标体系和熵值法,研究2008—2017年京津冀地区城乡统筹发展水平的时间变化趋势以及区域内部空间差异特征。结果表明:2008—2017年京津冀地区城乡统筹发展的总体态势良好,综合水平一直处于上升趋势,并且三个子系统在其中发挥的作用大小不同,从大到小分别是生活质量、经济发展和社会发展;区域之间发展差距较大,两极分化现象严重,并且除了京津外的整体水平偏低;城乡统筹空间分异显著,中心化特征突出,发展水平大致表现以北京、天津为核心,向外围地区递降的特点。为促进京津冀地区城乡统筹协调发展,需要加大各城市内部的统筹力度,缩小城乡差距,加大京津地区尤其是北京的资源和产业向周边协调度差的城市转移,加强京津冀区际之间的协同发展。
Based on the statistical data of urban and rural development,with the comprehensive measure index system and the entropy method,this paper studies the temporal change trend of urban and rural overall development level in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2008 to 2017 and spatial difference characteristics in the region.The results show that the general development trend is good,and the comprehensive level has been in an improving trend.Moreover,the three subsystems play different roles.The role of living quality is the greatest,followed by economic development,and the role of social development is the smallest.The development gap in areas is greater,and there is the serious polarization.The comprehensive level is low except for Beijing and Tianjin.The spatial differentiation is significant and the centralization is prominent.The development level of Beijing and Tianjin is relatively high,and the development level is gradually declining toward the periphery.In order to promote the urban and rural overall development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,it’s necessary to strengthen the coordination within cities to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,expand the transfer of resources and industries in Beijing and Tianjin,especially Beijing,to the cities with the poor coordination,and strengthen the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
