摘要
目的:观察健脾化滞丸对慢性心力衰竭急性加重患者肠道菌群的治疗调节作用。方法:将65例慢性心力衰竭急性加重患者随机分为两组,治疗组34例予健脾化滞丸+优化抗心衰治疗,对照组31例予优化抗心衰治疗,两组疗程均为2周。观察两组治疗前后血NT-ProBNP、6分钟步行试验、粪便涂片球杆比及肠道菌群数量变化。结果:治疗前后两组患者血NT-ProBNP水平组内比较均有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗前后两组患者6分钟步行距离比较均有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗组6分钟步行距离改善更明显(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者粪便涂片球杆比及肠道菌群数量与正常参照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组粪便涂片球杆比、肠道菌群数量均较对照组有明显差异(P<0.05),而与正常参照组比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:健脾化滞丸对慢性心力衰竭急性加重患者肠道菌群具有调节作用。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Huazhi Pill on intestinal flora in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure.Methods:65 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups.34 patients in the treatment group were treated with Jianpi Huazhi Pills+ optimized anti-heart failure treatment,and 31 patients in the control group were treated with optimized anti-heart failure treatment.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The changes of blood NT-ProBNP,6-minute walking test,stool smear ratio and intestinal flora were observed before and after treatment.Results:There were significant differences in blood NT-ProBNP levels between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the 6-minute walking distance between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group 6 E-minute walking distance the improvement was more obvious(P<0.05).The difference of fecal smear ratio and intestinal flora between the two groups before treatment was significantly different from that of the normal reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ratio of fecal smear and intestinal flora in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference compared with the normal reference group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Huazhi Pill has an therapeutic effect on intestinal flora in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure.
