摘要
本文主要分析了煤矿基层安全监督检查管理工作中存在的问题,重点分析了提高安全管理工作的原则和策略,能实现以人为本,全面提升煤矿安全监督管理工作水平,从源头上减少事故总量。以期解决煤矿开采过程中存在的突出问题,为煤矿企业的经营和管理提供参考,从而更好地实现企业效益和社会效益的最大化。
This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the coal mine safety supervision and inspection management at the basic level,focusing on the analysis of the principles and strategies to improve the safety management work,which can realize the people-oriented,comprehensively improve the coal mine safety supervision and management level,and reduce the total number of accidents from the source.It is hoped that it can solve the outstanding problems in the process of coal mining,provide reference for the operation and management of coal mining enterprises,so as to better realize the maximization of enterprise benefits and social benefits.
