摘要
介绍英国、德国煤炭工业现状,在充分研究英德两国有关煤矿关闭和煤炭工业转型经验做法的基础上,从健全煤矿关闭管理相关法规和技术标准、出台废弃煤矿瓦斯利用鼓励政策、开展相关项目示范、重视引导老矿区经济转型及矿工再就业等多方面提出我国煤炭工业转型建议。
The authors introduced current situation of coal industry in UK and Germany and provided suggestions on China＇s coal industry transformation basing upon sufficient recearches on their experience and practice of coal mine closure and coal industry transformation, such as improving relative regulations and technical standards, issuing encourage policies on abandoned coal mine methane utilization, conducting relative demonstration projects, attaching important to economic transformation and miners reemployment guidance in old mining areas and other aspects.
