摘要
过敏性鼻炎作为临床常见疾病。中医认为,过敏性鼻炎属"鼻鼽"范畴,具有病程长、反复发作、季节性发作等特点,若不及时治疗或治疗不彻底可导致鼻窦炎、咽喉炎、支气管哮喘等并发症发生。孙海波教授认为AR病因多为患者肺脾肾三者的亏虚,致使伏邪趁虚而入藏于内所致,其发病过程可分为发作期、缓解期两种,运用孙海波教授经验前者治疗以祛风散邪、温肺化饮、益气温阳为主,后者以扶助肺脾肾脏之阳,搜散伏邪为主,同时结合患者具体证型进行辨证加减用药,并结合针灸,缓解患者症状,并防止复发。
Allergic rhinitis(AR) is a common clinical disease.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) believes that allergic rhinitis is in "Biqiu Category", which is characterized with long course of disease, recurrent attacksand seasonal attacks.Belated or halfway treatment will cause occurrence of complications such as sinusitis, pharyngitis and bronchial asthma.Professor SUN Haibo believes that cause of AR is mostly deficiency of lung, spleen and kidney in patients, which leads to appearance of hidden pathogens.The attack process can be divided into two types:attack period and remission period.In application of Professor SUN Haibo’s experience, the former treatment is mainly on dispelling wind, warming-lung and resolving fluid, invigorating-Qi and warming-Yang, while the latter is mainly on assisting lung-spleen-kidney Yang, search and scatter latent evils.The patient’s specific syndrome types should be combined with for dialectical addition and subtraction medication.The acupuncture should be combined withto relieve their symptoms and prevent recurrence.
