摘要
为提高苹果苗木的机械移栽质量,阐述柔性圆盘夹持式苹果苗木移栽机的工作过程,建立栽植结构参数的数学模型,得到栽植株距与传动比的关系。对其进行运动分析,分析其特征参数,并进行运动仿真试验验证,结合农艺要求合理设计其主要结构参数。并加工样机进行田间试验,结果表明:该移栽机栽植质量可靠,栽植深度稳定性系数为90.9%,株距稳定性系数为94.9%,栽植倾角稳定性系数为92.9%,该移栽机的合格率为96.8%,栽植直立度、株距、栽植深度具有良好稳定性。
In order to improve the quality of mechanical transplanting of apple seedlings,this paper describes the working process of flexible disc-clamping seedling transplanting machine,establishes the mathematical model of planting structure parameters,and obtains the relationship between planting plant spacing and transmission ratio.The motion analysis is carried out,the characteristic parameters are analyzed,and the motion simulation test is carried out.The main structural parameters are designed reasonably according to the agronomic requirements.The sample machine was tested in the field.The results showed that the planting quality of the transplanter was reliable.The planting depth stability coefficient was 90.9%,the plant spacing stability coefficient was 94.9%,and the planting inclination stability coefficient was 92.9%.The pass rate of the transplanter was passed.It has a good stability of 96.8%,planting erectility,plant spacing and planting depth.
