摘要
[目的]明确土壤中苄嘧磺隆残留导致烟草药害产生的临界阈值,为防范药害风险和烟田规划布局提供理论依据。[方法]通过田间试验研究苄嘧磺隆在土壤中的降解规律和残留量,分析苄嘧磺隆残留量与烟草药害等级的相关性。[结果]苄嘧磺隆残留易导致烟草药害产生,典型症状为烟株矮化,株高、叶长、叶宽受到抑制;推荐施用剂量苄嘧磺隆在土壤中的降解半衰期为20.4 d,移栽后60 d降解率为85.2%,土壤中苄嘧磺隆残留临界阈值为0.005 mg/kg;烟田规划期即烟草移栽前60 d,土壤中苄嘧磺隆残留临界阈值为0.216 mg/kg。[结论]苄嘧磺隆残留筛查是防范烟草药害风险的重要措施,烟田规划期土壤中苄嘧磺隆残留量不得超过0.216 mg/kg,否则有较大的生产安全风险。
[Aims]This study aims to determine the critical threshold value of bensulfuron methyl residue in tobacco planting soil,and further to provide theoretical basis for prevention of phytotoxicity risk and tobacco field planning.[Methods]The degradation laws and residue of bensulfuron methyl in soil were studied by field experiment,and the correlation between the residue of bensulfuron methyl and the level of tobacco phytotoxicity was analyzed.[Results]Bensulfuron methyl residue is easy to cause tobacco damage,typical symptoms are plant dwarf,plant height,leaf length and leaf width are inhibited;the recommended dosage of bensulfuron methyl degradation half-life in soil is 20.4 days,the degradation rate is 85.2%in 60 days after transplanting,and the critical threshold of bensulfuron methyl residue in soil is 0.005 mg/kg.The critical threshold of bensulfuron methyl residue in soil was 0.216 mg/kg in the planning period of tobacco field(60 days before transplanting).[Conclusions]The screening of bensulfuron methyl residue is an important measure to prevent the risk of tobacco phytotoxicity.The residue of bensulfuron methyl in tobacco planting soil should not exceed 0.216 mg/kg in the planning period of tobacco field,otherwise there is a greater risk of production safety.
