4种水稻田除草剂对后茬烟草安全性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了评价4种水稻田新除草剂对后茬烟草的安全性,通过室内盆栽和田间小区试验评估了4种水稻田新除草剂对烟草生长的影响,并采用QuEChERS前处理方法结合高效液相色谱-串联三重四极杆质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)联用技术检测了二氯喹啉草酮在烟田土壤中的残留水平。结果表明,氯氟吡啶酯、氟酮·呋喃酮和硝磺草酮对烟草生长没有明显影响。在750~2 250 g a.i./hm^(2)剂量下,二氯喹啉草酮对盆栽和大田试验中烟株叶长、叶宽、株高的抑制率分别为48.27%~69.00%、66.30%~78.08%、58.76%~75.83%和24.89%~43.79%、35.47%~49.81%、28.87%~48.75%,二氯喹啉草酮对后茬烟草造成了严重药害。次年移栽烟苗时土壤中未检出二氯喹啉草酮(低于LOQ,0.002mg/kg)。因此,水稻田除草剂二氯喹啉草酮对后茬烟草存在较大药害风险,在烟稻轮作产区应谨慎使用。 In order to evaluate the safety of four new herbicides applied in preceeding rice fields to succeeding tobacco,the effects of the four herbicides on tobacco growth were investigated through indoor pot experiments and field plot experiments.A QuEChERS pretreatment method combined with high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)were employed to measure the residual level of quintrione in tobacco field soils.The results showed that florpyrauxifen,triafamone·tefuryltrione and mesotrione had no significant effects on the growth of tobacco.The inhibition rates of quintrione(750-2250 g a.i./hm^(2))to the leaf length,leaf width and plant height of tobacco in the pot and field experiments were 48.27%-69.00%,66.30%-78.08%,58.76%-75.83%and 24.89%-43.79%,35.47%-49.81%,28.87%-48.75%,respectively.Quintrione caused serious phytotoxicity to succeeding tobacco.No quintrione(the residue level was lower to the LOQ,0.002 mg/kg)was detected in the soils when tobacco seedlings were transplanted in the following year.Thus,there is a great risk that quintrione would cause phytotoxicity to succeeding tobacco,and it should be used with caution in tobacco-rice rotation areas.
