摘要
研究文化和旅游产业融合发展的动力要素构成、基本类型及各要素间的内部交互机制,构建文旅产业融合发展的三维动力模型。结果表明,技术创新供给和文化旅游需求是促使融合生成的基础必要性动力,企业的竞合策略和文创意识是推进融合发展的过程衍生性动力,政府政策和外部机遇是支持融合持续的环境保障性动力。其中环境保障性动力尤其是政府政策是影响文化和旅游产业深度融合的重要因素。
The degree of the integration of cultural industry and tourism industry is deeply influenced by the driving factors. However, the driving factors are complex and diverse. The lack of systematic understanding of various driving factors is not conducive to the deep integration. Therefore,based on the function types of the integrated development of cultural industry and tourism industry,a three-dimensional dynamic model of industrial integration is constructed. The supply of technological innovation and the demand for cultural tourism are the basic necessary power to promote the formation of integration, the strategy of enterprise competition and cooperation and the awareness of cultural innovation are the derivative power to promote the process of integration development, and the government policies and external opportunities are the environmental guarantee power to support the continuous integration. For the deep integration of industry, more attention should be paid to the environmental guarantee power, especially the support of active government policies.
