摘要
锌指核糖核酸结合蛋白(ZFR)是一种古老的蛋白质。ZFR结构特殊,在原核生物中分布广泛。近年来,ZFR相关研究证实了ZFR是在各种恶性肿瘤中发挥作用的关键基因,其参与了恶性肿瘤的发生、进展和免疫应答等。在结直肠癌、肝细胞肝癌以及胰腺导管腺癌中,ZFR已经被鉴定为癌症候选驱动基因。本研究对ZFR与恶性肿瘤关系的相关研究进展进行综述,分析ZFR过表达在各类癌症的恶性进展和转移扩散中的作用机制。
Zinc finger RNA binding protein(ZFR)is an ancient protein.It has a special structure and is widely distributed in prokaryotes.In recent years,ZFR related studies have confirmed that ZFR is a key gene that plays a role in various malignant tumors,and is involved in the occurrence,progression and immune response of malignant tumors.ZFR has been identified as a candidate driver gene in colorectal cancer,hepatocellular carcinoma and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.In this study,we reviewed the researches on the relationship between ZFR and malignant tumor,and analyzed the mechanism of over-expression of ZFR in the malignant progression,metastasis and diffusion of various types of cancers.
