摘要
目的分析老年高血压患者采用厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗方法对血压变异性的影响。方法该次研究对象为该院收治的90例老年高血压患者,选取时间段为2018年9月—2019年9月,随机将90例老年高血压患者随机分为45例对照组、45例观察组,将氨氯地平药物应用于对照组临床中,观察组在对照组基础上予以厄贝沙坦药物治疗,对两组临床疗效进行比较。结果观察组治疗后24 hDBP (75.41±2.36)mmHg、24 hSBP (120.36±5.43)mmHg均低于对照组(80.36±3.24)mmHg、(132.25±12.31)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(t=5.325、5.412,P<0.05);观察组治疗后24 hDBP变异性(7.54±2.28)%、24 h SBP变异性(9.45±4.51)%均低于对照组(10.41±3.26)%、(13.45±3.42)%,差异有统计学意义(t=5.425、5.435,P<0.05)。结论对老年高血压患者采用厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗能取得良好效果,尤其体现在血压变异性的减少、临床症状的改善等方面,该治疗方法具有优势。
Objective To analyze the effect of irbesartan combined with amlodipine treatment on blood pressure variability in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods The subjects of this study were 90 elderly patients with hypertension admitted to the hospital. The period was from September 2018 to September 2019. 90 elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into 45 control groups and 45 patients for observation group, the amlodipine drug was applied to the clinical group of the control group, and the observation group was treated with irbesartan on the basis of the control group, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The DBP(75.41 ±2.36)mmHg and 24 h SBP(120.36±5.43)mmHg of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group(80.36±3.24)mmHg and(132.25± 12.31)mmHg, with statistically significant differences(t=5.325,5.412,P<0.05).;The DBP variability(7.54±2.28)% and 24 hSBP variability(9.45±4.51)% in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(10.41 ±3.26)% and(13.45 ± 3.42)%, and the differences were statistically significant(t =5.425,5.435,P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of irbesartan and amlodipine in elderly patients with hypertension can achieve good results, especially in the reduction of blood pressure variability and improvement of clinical symptoms. The advantages of this treatment method are worth popularizing.
