摘要
目的比较厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平对老年高血压患者血压变异性及血管内皮细胞功能的影响。方法选取高血压老年患者114例,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组57例。对照组患者单用氨氯地平,研究组患者在对照组基础上联合应用厄贝沙坦,比较两组治疗前后血压、血压变异性、血管内皮细胞功能的变化。结果治疗后,研究组24 h平均舒张压(24 h DBP)水平与24 h平均收缩压(24 h SBP)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组24 h DBP与24 h SBP变异性均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组一氧化氮分泌量高于对照组,内皮素低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦联合氨氯地平可调节老年高血压患者内皮细胞功能,减少血压变异性,改善患者预后。
Objective To compare the effects of irbesartan combined with amlodipine and amlo- dipine alone on blood pressure and vascular endothelial cell function in patients with senile hypertension in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 114 cases of elderly patients with hypertension were selected and divided into the control group and the experiment group, with 3/ cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with amlodipine only, and the patients in the experiment group were treated with irbesartan combined with amlodipine. The changes of blood pressure, blood pres- sure variability and vascular endothelial function before and after treatment were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results After the treatment, the levels of 24 h DBP and 24 h SBP in the ex- periment group were lower than those in the control group (P 〈 0. 05 ) , and the variability Of 24 h DBP and 24 h SBP in the experiment group was lower than that in the control group (P 〈 0. 05), the concen- tration of nitric oxide in the experiment group was higher than that in the control group, and the endothe- lin in the experiment group was lower than that in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Com- pared with the single use of amlodipine, erbesartan combined with amlodipine is more ideal for the im- provement of blood pressure variability and vascular endothelial cell function in elderly hypertension, which is suitable for clinical application.
