摘要
2020年新春新冠肺炎疫情肆虐,影响了经济高质量发展。疫情对农业生产资料购买、农民工外出务工、农产品销售、乡村旅游和养殖业发展造成了冲击,严重影响了全面建成小康社会的实现和脱贫攻坚的圆满收官。为把农业基础打得更牢,把“三农”领域短板补得更实,通过电话调查和电话访谈,提出了疫情发生以来促进农民增收、农业发展和农村稳定的几点政策建议。
The outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020 has affected the economic development.The pandemic has also had an impact on the purchase of agricultural means of production,migrant workers going out to work,sales of agricultural products,rural tourism and the development of breeding industry,which seriously affected the realization of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and the successful ending of poverty alleviation.In order to lay a solid foundation for agriculture and make up for the shortcomings in the field of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote farmers'income increase,agricultural development and rural stability since the outbreak of the epidemic based on telephone surveys and telephone interviews.
