怀来葡萄酒产区作为中国第一瓶干型葡萄酒的诞生地,奠定其在中国葡萄酒产业中的地位,在近60年的发展历程中,发挥了不可替代的重要作用。本文概述了怀来葡萄酒产区的发展历史、行业贡献及发展前景,并介绍了产区的气候特点、产业分布以及主栽品种和酿酒特性,从种植区域选择、苗木培植、栽培技术及酿造工艺等方面深入分析了怀来产区葡萄酒的质量特点和风格特征,为该地葡萄酒产业的未来发展提供借鉴。
As the birthplace of China’s first dry wine,Huailai wine region has established its position in China’s wine industry and played an important role in the development history of nearly 60 years.The development history,industry status and development prospect of Huailai wine region were summarized.Characteristics of climate,distribution,main varieties and their characteristics in different district were introduced,and the quality and style of wine in Huailai region were discussed.Quality and style characteristics of wine in Huailai region were analyzed from the aspects of area selection,seedling,cultivation technique and brewing technology,to provide reference for the future development of wine industry in Huailai.
