摘要
中国葡萄酒经过几十年的快速发展,近年来呈下降趋势,可持续发展乏力。本文在分析可持续与农业生态关系的基础上,认为必须建立和完善中国葡萄生产生态系统。在此背景下提出以"树形控制+全面生草+行内枝条覆盖+冬季挂(留)枝"为核心的极简化生态葡萄栽培技术体系,以期通过产区政府和葡萄种植者的推广与落实,实现产业经济、环境和社会的全面发展。
After decades of rapid development,the Chinese wine industry has a declining trend in recent years,which shows weak sustainability.Based on the analysis of the relationship between sustainability and agroecology,the authors consided that it was necessary to establish ecological grape production system,and put forward in this background,an extremely simplified ecological grapevine cultivation technique system,with "vine form control+grass cover+branch cover in intra-row+wintering with branch on trellis" as the core,to realize the comprehensive development of economy,environment and socials.
