摘要
目的:了解重庆市食用农产品安全情况以及存在的主要食品安全问题。方法:汇总2019年重庆市市场监督管理局公布的有关食品安全抽检情况的44个通告,收集有关食用农产品的数据进行统计分析。结果:2019年重庆市累计抽检食用农产品样品23 152批次,不合格样品413批次,不合格率为1.78%。抽检涉及7个食用农产品类别,发现存在农药残留超标、检出禁用兽药、金属等元素污染物超标、检出禁用农药、兽药残留超标等问题。结论:2019年重庆市食用农产品食品安全总体态势良好,建议强化基层农业技术服务,提升农民科学用药意识和水平。
Objective: To assess food safety situation of edible agricultural products and the main food safety problems in Chongqing. Methods: Summarize the 44 period notices of the food safety supervision and sampling inspection were published by Chongqing Administration for Market Regulation in 2019, and the edible agricultural products data were collected for statistical analysis. Results: A total of 23 152 batches of edible agricultural products were announced, among which 413 batches were disqualified, with the unqualified rate of 1.78%. Samples undergone supervision and sampling inspection included 7 categories of edible agricultural products. The main problems found were as follows: farm chemicals residues exceed the standard, use of prohibited veterinary drugs, metal and other element pollutants exceed the standard, use of prohibited farm chemicals, veterinary drug residue exceeds the standard. Conclusion: Chongqing’s edible agricultural products food safety situation was stable and well. It is recommended to strengthen grassroots agricultural technical services and improve on scientific use of drugs in farmers.
