摘要
目的探讨混合式教学在合理用药通识课的教学实践效果。方法选取2018年选修合理用药通识课程的2个班级共计178名学生作为研究对象,其中,一个班级89名学生作为对照组,采用传统教学方法授课,另一个班级89名学生作为对照组,采用混合式教学方式,比较两组学生的考核成绩和课程满意度。结果观察组平均成绩(86.5±5.3)分,优秀率40.4%,而对照组平均成绩(83.5±6.8)分,优秀率只有16.8%,观察组成绩优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组课程评价6个指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论混合式教学可有效提升合理用药通识课程的教学效果和教学质量,对提高大学生合理用药意识,增强其合理用药应用和传播能力具有重要作用。
Objective To explore the practical effect of mixed teaching in general course of rational drug use.Methods 178 students from two classes of rational drug use in 2018 were selected as the research objects,89 students from one class as the control group,and 89 students from the other class as the observation group.The traditional teaching method was used in the control group and the mixed teaching method was used in the observation group,comparing the students'assessment results and course satisfaction of the two groups.Results The average score of the observation group was 86.5±5.3,and the excellent rate was 40.4%.The average score of the control group was 83.5±6.8,and the excellent rate was only 16.8%.The results of observation group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).The six course evaluation indicators in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mixed teaching can effectively improve the teaching effect and quality of rational drug use course,and play an important role in improving college students'awareness of rational drug use and enhancing their ability of rational drug use and dissemination.
