摘要
目的探讨重组人干扰素a1b(IFN-a1b)联合益生菌治疗手足口病(HFMD)合并肠炎患儿的疗效。方法将2019年4月-2020年4月安阳市第五人民医院收治的242例HFMD合并肠炎患儿纳入研究,按照抽签法将患儿随机分为对照组与观察组,各121例。对照组患儿均给予对症治疗,观察组在此基础上应用IFN-a1b联合益生菌治疗。比较两组患儿症状改善时间及药物不良反应。结果观察组患儿退热时间、口腔疱疹消失时间、皮肤皮疹消失时间、胃肠道反应消失时间均短于对照组患儿,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿的药物不良反应对比,均处于较低水平,对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上加用IFN-a1b联合益生菌治疗HFMD合并肠炎,其应用效果理想,能显著缩短患儿的治疗时间,同时无明显药物不良反应。
Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human interferon a1b combined with probiotics on HFMD(hand-foot-mouth disease)complicated with enteritis in children.Methods From April 2019 to April 2020,242 HFMD children with enteritis were enrolled in the study.The children were randomly divided into control group(121 cases)and observation group(121 cases)according to the method of drawing lots.The control group were given symptomatic treatment,the observation group on the basis of using IFN-a1b combined with probiotics treatment.The time of symptom improvement and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The antipyretic time,the vanishing time of oral herpes,the vanishing time of skin rash and gastrointestinal reaction in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The comparison of adverse drug reactions between the two groups was at a low level,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment,IFN-a1b combined with probiotics can shorten the treatment time of HFMD with enteritis,and has no obvious adverse drug reactions.
