摘要
文章提出一种基于区间q-rung Orthopair模糊Minkowski距离测度、熵测度及加权平均算子的TOPSIS多属性决策方法。首先提出区间q-rung Orthopair模糊Minkowski距离测度并研究其性质,其次提出区间q-rung Orthopair模糊熵测度和区间q-rung Orthopair模糊加权平均算子,然后针对方案属性权重完全未知的情况提出一种基于区间q-rung Orthopair模糊Minkowski距离测度和熵测度的TOPSIS多属性决策方法,最后将新方法应用于证券投资方案选择多属性决策,验证文章方法的可行性和有效性。
This paper presents a TOPSIS method for multicriteria decision-making based on q-rung interval-valued Orthopair fuzzy Minkovsky distance measure, entropy measure and weighted averaging aggregation operators. Firstly, we propose q-rung interval-valued Orthopair fuzzy Minkovsky distance measure and study its properties. Secondly, we present q-rung interval-valued Orthopair fuzzy entropy measure and q-rung interval-valued Orthopair fuzzy weighted averaging aggregation operators. Then we put forward a TOPSIS method for multicriteria decision-making based on q-rung interval-valued Orthopair fuzzy Minkovsky distance measure and entropy measure in which the weights of attributes are completely unknown. Finally, we apply the new method to multicriteria decision-making for securities investment in order to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed method.
