摘要
针对区间Orthopair模糊环境中的多属性群决策问题,首先,定义了两个区间Orthopair模糊向量之间的加权余弦相似测度,基于广义Heronian平均算子对相似测度进行集结,提出区间Orthopair模糊Heronian测度,并研究其优良性质;其次,提出一种新的基于区间Orthopair模糊Heronian测度的多属性群决策方法,该方法考虑了属性的关联性对决策的影响,减小了决策中的信息损失。最后,通过将该方法应用于选址决策问题,通过实例验证了方法的有效性和先进性。
In the case of interval-valued Orthopair fuzzy information environment,firstly,the weighted cosine similarity measure between two interval-valued Orthopair fuzzy vectors is defined,aggregate similarity measures based on generalized Heronian average operator.A new measure based on Heronian is proposed,the desirable properties are investigated.Then a new multiple attribute group decision making method based on interval-valued Orthopair fuzzy Heronian measure is proposed.The method takes into account the correlation of attributes and reduces the information loss in decision making.Finally,the new method is applied to the site selection decision to verify its effectiveness and advancement.
