摘要
2020年初爆发的新冠疫情对餐饮业这种生活性服务业冲击比较大,餐饮企业面临现金流枯竭、财务风险加大、财务管理时效性减弱、经营成本居高不下等一系列财务管理问题,本文通过对这些问题的分析,提出了六点科学有效的应对措施,以保证餐饮企业基本业务有条不紊的运行,减少疫情带来的诸多负面影响,使企业能够在疫情环境下持续健康的发展。
The outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic in early 2020 has had a greater impact on the catering industry, a lifestyle service industry. Catering companies are facing a series of financial management issues such as depletion of cash flow, increased financial risks,weakened financial management timeliness and high operating costs. Through analysis of these issues, this article proposes six scientific and effective countermeasures to ensure the orderly operation of the basic business of catering enterprises, reduce the many negative impacts caused by the epidemic, and enable the company to continue its healthy development in an epidemic environment.
