摘要
目的:研究分析肢伤一方对高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后疗效及凝血功能的影响。方法:选择2017年5月-2019年6月期间我院收治的80例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折手术患者作为研究对象,利用随机数表平均分成对照组和试验组。对照组采用基础的骨科治疗方法;试验组在对照组的基础上利用肢伤一方治疗。对比两组患者的术后疗效、中医证候积分以及凝血功能。结果:试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组;差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前1天,两组患者凝血酶原时间(Prothrombin Time,PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(Activated partial Thromboplastin Time,APTT)、纤维蛋白原(Fibrinogen,FIB)含量差异不明显,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);术后14天,两组患者的PT、APTT都较术前1天增加,且试验组PT、APTT长于对照组;两组患者术后14天的FIB较术前1天减少,且试验组的FIB少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者各项症状的中医证候积分均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:肢伤一方能改善高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后疗效、中医证候以及凝血功能,值得推广。
Objective:To study and analyze the effect of a limb injury prescription on postoperative curative effect and coagulation function in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures.Methods:80 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures were evenly divided into the control group and the test group by the random number table.The control group was treated with basic orthopedics,and the experimental group was treated with a limb injury prescription more.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P﹤0.05).At one day before the operation,there was no significant difference in the levels of prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),and fibrinogen(FIB)between the two groups.PT and APTT in two groups were increased and the PT and APTT in the test group were longer than the control group at 14 days after operation.FIB in the test group was less than the control group(P﹤0.05),and the TCM syndrome scores in the test group were significantly lower than the control group P﹤0.05.Conclusion:The limb injury prescription can improve the postoperative curative effect,TCM syndromes and coagulation function of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures,which is worthy of promotion.
