摘要
目的综述量子点的特性和制备方法,重点介绍其在药物分析领域的应用进展,对其未来在药物分析领域的发展趋势做出客观的展望。方法查阅国内外关于量子点的制备及应用的基础性研究文献,并归纳总结。结果建立基于量子点的检测体系可实现对药物分子的高灵敏和高选择性分析。结论量子点荧光技术必将成为生命科学领域重要的一部分。
Objective To review the properties and preparation methods of quantum dots,especially their application and development in pharmaceutical analysis.Objective to make an objective prospect of its future development in the field of pharmaceutical analysis.Methods The preparation methods and applications in pharmaceutical analysis were summarized through reading the research literatures of domestic and abroad.Results Highly sensitive and selective analysis of drug molecules can be achieved with the establishment of a detection system based on quantum dots.Conclusion Fluorescence technology of quantum dots will become an important part of life science.
