摘要
自噬是一种细胞自我降解的过程,清除受损或多余的蛋白质和细胞器。当细胞代谢能量不足时,细胞依靠自噬作用实现细胞内成分的循环利用,从而维持自我稳态和生存。近年来研究表明,多种皮肤病的病理过程中均伴有细胞自噬功能的改变。因此,研究皮肤病的细胞自噬具有重要的临床意义,可能为临床上免疫性皮肤病,如:白癜风、红斑狼疮以及银屑病的发病机制和靶向治疗提供方向。
Autophagy is a process of cellular self-degradation that removes damaged or redundant proteins and organelles.When the metabolic energy of cells is insufficient,the cells rely on autophagy to achieve the recycling of the intracellular components to maintain maintaining homeostasis and survival.Recent studies have shown that the pathological process of various skin diseases are accompanied by the changes in cellular autophagy.Therefore,the study of autophagy in skin diseases may provide the direction for the pathogenesis and targeted therapy of clinically immune skin diseases such as vitiligo,lupus erythematosus and psoriasis.
