摘要
目的探讨雷火灸结合康复训练在面神经炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年3月-2018年3月我院收治的面神经炎患者120例为研究对象,通过随机抽签法将所有患者分成研究组与对照组,每组各60例。对照组予以常规护理干预,研究组在对照组的基础上加用雷火灸以及康复训练。比较2组临床治疗效果及面神经功能评价量表(simple facial grading system,SFGS)评分。结果研究组治疗效果好于对照组(Z=-1.981,P=0.048);SFGS中静态对称性评分低于对照组(t=2.307,P=0.023),随意运动对称性评分高于对照组(t=2.271,P=0.025)。结论雷火灸结合康复训练在面神经炎患者中应用效果显著,有利于提高临床治疗效果,促进患者面部肌肉功能恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation training combined with the thunder fire moxibustion on patients with facial neuritis.Methods Totally 120 facial neuritis patients admitted to our hospital between March 2016 and March 2018 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group,each of 60,using the random lottery.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was provided with rehabilitation training and thunder fire moxibustion.The clinical effects and score of simple facial grading system(SFGS)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(Z=-1.981,P=0.048).After the intervention,the static symmetry score in SFGS of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,while the random movement symmetry score was significantly higher than the latter(t=2.307,P=0.023;t=2.271,P =0.025).Conclusion The rehabilitation training combined with the thunder fire moxibustion is quite effective in treating patients with facial neuritis and promoting the functional recovery of facial muscles.Therefore,it is worthy of promotion in the clinical practice.
