摘要
目的探究赵氏雷火灸联合西药治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并胰岛素抵抗的疗效,观察分析赵氏雷火灸联合西药对患者生存质量的影响。方法选取沈阳安联妇婴医院妇科和内分泌科的多囊卵巢综合征合并胰岛素抵抗患者140例,将其分为西医治疗对照组70例(A组)和联合治疗组70例(B组);比较两组治疗前后体征、临床生化血清学指标、糖脂代谢指标、排卵率及临床妊娠率。并对两组患者进行生存质量评价,探讨其临床意义。结果 (1)两组患者治疗后血清生化学指标明显改善(P<0.05),组间比较差异明显(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后糖脂代谢和胰岛素抵抗情况明显改善(P<0.05),组间比较差异明显(P<0.05);两组患者经治疗后妊娠和排卵率明显提高(P<0.05),组间比较差异明显(P<0.05)。(2)两组患者治疗前后相比,生存质量评分均明显升高(P<0.05),B组生存质量评分明显高于A组,且差异明显(P<0.05)。结论赵氏雷火灸联合西药方法治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并胰岛素抵抗患者的疗效高于单纯西医治疗,安全性高,疗效明显,提高了临床疗效;在临床诊疗过程中,及时对患者进行生存质量等方面评价将会更好地指导临床治疗,对患者的病程和预后有更清晰的评价与认识。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of Zhao’s thunder fire moxibustion combined with western medicine on the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance,and to observe the effect of Zhao’s thunder fire moxibustion combined with western medicine on the quality of life of patients.METHODS 140 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance were divided into 70 cases(group A)and 70 cases(group B)in the treatment group.The two groups of patients The patients were treated with conventional western medicine on the basis of conventional western medicine.The patients were treated with Zhao’s thunder fire moxibustion,and the symptoms,clinical biochemical serological indexes,glucose and lipid metabolism,ovulation rate and clinical pregnancy rate were compared before and after treatment.The quality of life of the two groups of patients to evaluate the clinical significance.RESULTS(1)The serum biochemical indexes of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The levels of glucose and lipid metabolism and insulin resistance were improved after treatment(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The quality of life of group B was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05).(2)The quality of life of group B was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05).CONCLUSION(1)The treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance was better than that of western medicine alone,and the curative effect was obvious and the clinical curative effect was improved.(2)clinical diagnosis and treatment process,the quality of patients in time to evaluate the quality of life will be better guidance of clinical treatment,the patient’s course and prognosis had a more clear evaluation and understanding.(4)It could be the quality of life of patients with the evaluation of the application to the clinical diagnosis and treatment
