摘要
目的观察量化评估预警决策护理模式在留置导尿患者相关尿路感染预防中的应用效果。方法将2017年2-12月收治的65例留置导尿患者设为对照组,将2018年1-11月收治的65例留置导尿患者设为观察组,对照组接受留置尿管常规护理,观察组接受量化评估预警决策护理模式干预,比较2组导尿管相关尿路感染发生率、尿管留置时长、住院时长及专项护理满意度。结果观察组导尿管相关尿路感染发生率、尿管留置时长与住院时长均低于对照组(χ^2=5.482,P=0.019;t=-10.174,P<0.001;t=-4.553,P<0.001),专项护理满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论将量化评估预警决策护理模式应用于留置导尿患者中,可有效降低导尿管相关尿路感染发生率,缩短尿管留置时长与住院时长,深受尿管留置者认可。
Objective To observe the effect of applying the quantitative evaluation and early warning decision-making nursing mode in the prevention of the urinary tract infection of patients with indwelling catheterization.Methods Sixty-five patients who received indwelling catheterization between February and December 2017 were selected into a control group,while another 65 counterparts receiving that between January and November 2018 were chosen into an observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was provided with the quantitative evaluation of the early warning decision-making nursing.The two groups were compared catheter-related urinary tract infections,urinary catheter indwelling time,hospital stay and nursing satisfaction after the intervention.Results The incidence of urinary tract infections,duration of indwelling catheters and hospital stay of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(χ^2=5.482,P=0.019;t=-10.174,P<0.001;t=-4.553,P<0.001),but the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the latter(P<0.001).Conclusion The quantitative evaluation and early warning decision-making nursing can prevent the urinary tract infection of patients with indwelling catheters effectively,shorten the duration of indwelling urethral catheter and hospital stay,which is welcomed by patients.
