摘要
针对校企合作培养大数据人才中出现的问题,从区域发展、供需矛盾及建设基础等方面进行阐述,对校企合作的几种模式的优势和不足进行了分析,从人才培养方案的制定、课程体系的设置等方面提出了大数据背景下的校企合作“3+1合纵培养”策略,对大数据专业师资队伍建设提出了相应建议。
This paper,in view of the problems in cultivating talents with big data technology by the school-enterprise cooperation,makes an elaboration from the aspects of regional development,supply and demand contradiction and construction foundation,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several modes of school-enterprise cooperation,proposes the“3+1 vertical training”strategy of school-enterprise cooperation under the background of big data from talents training plan making,curriculum system setting and other aspects,and puts forward corresponding suggestions on the construction of teaching staff in big data major.
