摘要
利用棉纺设备进行纺制紬丝的工艺探讨,根据绢丝落绵与棉纤维理化性能的差别,合理设置了纺制紬丝的工艺流程及各工序的工艺参数,并对纺制过程中出现的静电大、缠绕罗拉、牵伸不开等关键问题进行了针对性的改善和控制,以保证最终的成纱质量和布面风格。
According to the difference of physical and chemical properties between spun silk noils and cotton fiber,the spinning process and parameters of each process are set reasonably,and the key problems in the spinning process such as large static electricity,winding roller and null draft are improved and controlled to ensure the final yarn quality and cloth style.
