摘要
以蚕丝和竹纤维为原料,通过水刺工艺制成一种新型的卫生用品面层材料,对不同面密度、不同质量比的蚕丝/竹纤维水刺非织造布的拉伸性能、柔软性、透气性、吸水性和菌落总数进行对比分析。结果表明:蚕丝/竹纤维水刺非织造布具有良好的卫生用品使用性能,符合GB/T 15979—2002《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》要求。
Taking silk and bamboo fibers as raw materials, a new type of surface layer for sanitary products was prepared by the spunlace entanglement process, and the tensile properties, softness, air permeability, water absorption and colony count of silk/bamboo fibers spunlaced nonwovens with different surface density and different compounding ratio were compared and analyzed. The results showed that, the silk/bamboo fibers spunlaced nonwovens had good properties for use in sanitary products, which met the requirements of GB/T 15979--2002 Hygienic Standard for Disposable Sani- tary Products.
