摘要
在不同水刺压力下分别采用平行铺网和交叉铺网方式,制备了壳聚糖与黏胶混纺比为80/20和60/40的水刺医用敷料,并对试样的刚柔性、液体吸收性、透气性、水浸出液pH值和水中溶出物性能进行了对比和分析.结果表明:壳聚糖/黏胶水刺医用敷料的柔软性、液体吸收性、透气性、pH值和在水中溶出物的质量分数随着壳聚糖纤维含量的增加呈上升趋势;水刺压力增大时,水中溶出物减少,pH值未见显著变化,而柔软性、液体吸收性和透气性变差.
Chitosan/viscose blended ratio 80/20 and 60/40 spunlaced wound dressing were prepared by using parallel laying and cross laying respectively under different spunlaced pressure. The stiffness and flexibility, absorption performance, air permeability, pH value of the water extract and soluble substance of samples were contrasted and analysed. The results showed that the softness, absorption performance, air permeability, pH value and the mass fraction of soluble substance were all increased in accordance to the increased ratio of chitosan fiber. The amount of soluble substance decreased and pH value experienced less change under higher water pressure, while the softness, absorption performance and air permeability became worse.
