摘要
目的探讨精准化延续护理对肿瘤患者化疗间歇期院外PICC管的影响。方法选取120例接受化疗PICC置管患者按照置管时间顺序分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),观察组在PICC管常规护理操作的基础上实施精准化延续护理,对照组实施PICC管常规护理操作。观察两组化疗间歇期院外PICC管并发症发生率、维护依从率、护理工作满意度。结果观察组PICC管并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组维护依从率、护理工作满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤患者化疗间歇期采用精准化延续护理,及时发现解决PICC管护理问题,降低PICC管并发症发生率,能提高患者院外PICC管维护依从率及护理工作满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of precision continuous nursing on the out-of-hospital PICC tube during tumor chemotherapy.Methods 120 patients with PICC catheterization were divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60)according to the time of catheterization.The observation group was followed up by precision continuous nursing on the basis of routine care operation of PICC.The control group was subjected to routine care of the PICC tube.The incidence of complications,maintenance adherence rate and nursing work satisfaction of the out-of-hospital PICC tube were observed.Results The incidence of PICC complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The maintenance compliance rate and nursing job satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion Tumor patients with chemotherapy intermittent use of precision continuous nursing,timely found to solve PICC tube nursing problems,reduce the incidence of PICC tube complications,can improve the patient’s outpatient PICC tube maintenance compliance rate and nursing job satisfaction.
