摘要
自1922年李普曼提出"拟态环境"这一概念后,其被广泛应用于各个学科领域。大众媒体使得拟态环境的存在范围和领域十分广泛,而自媒体、社交媒体等新媒体的兴起又将拟态环境推向新的高度。村民正确解读政策、遵从上级指令是进行乡村治理的必要保证,但拟态环境却极容易与乡村治理产生对抗性。结合对山东省日照市莒县洛河镇部分地区的田野调查,以社会学方法进行统计和研究发现:大众传媒和自媒体等都会营造拟态环境,并由此会产生村民对村干部的刻板印象,影响正常的政策实施和乡村治理。对此,政府和村干部方都需做出调整和改进,而媒体则更需注意,善于使用"议程设置",做好"把关人"角色,规范媒体语言,引导正确的舆论方向,更好的建设美丽新乡村。
Since Lipman proposed the concept of"mimetic environment"in 1922,it has been widely used in various disciplines.Mass media makes the range and fields of mimic environment extremely wide,and the rise of new media such as self-media and social media pushes mimic environment to new heights.Correct interpretation of policies and compliance with superior directives for villagers are necessary guarantees for rural governance,but the mimic environment is very likely to be antagonistic to rural governance.Combined with the field survey of some areas of Luohe Town,Ju County,Rizhao City,Shandong Province,statistics and research are carried out with sociological methods.It is found that mass media and self-media will create a mimic environment,and this will result in villagers’stereotypes,affecting normal policy implementation and rural governance.In this regard,the government and the village cadres need to make adjustments and improvements,but the media needs to pay more attention to being good at using"agenda setting",playing a"gatekeeper"role,standardizing the media language,and guiding the correct direction of public opinion so as to better build a beautiful new village.
