摘要
可行能力视域下的教育公平侧重人的发展,将"享有平等受教育权"作为其基本要义、"追求美好生活"作为其终极指向、"实现个人价值"作为其深层意义。它倡导为教育者提供适切的教育,保障受教育者的自由发展,以及促进受教育者全面立体式发展。这样才能拓展受教育者的可行能力,实现其"各种可能的功能性活动组合的实质自由",最终帮助人们过上美好的生活。这适应了新时代要求,将"推进教育公平"作为提高保障和改善民生水平的重要着眼点。
Educational equity from the perspective of feasible ability focuses on the development of human beings and takes"equal right to education"as its basic meaning."The pursuit of a better life"is its ultimate direction;"To realize personal value"is its deep meaning.It advocates providing appropriate education for educators,ensuring the free development of educatees,and promoting the all-round and three-dimensional development of educatees.Only in this way can the feasible ability of the educated be expanded to realize"the substantial freedom of all possible combinations of functional activities"and ultimately help people live a better life.This meets the requirements of the new era and takes"promoting educational equity"as an important focus to ensure and improve people’s livelihood.
