摘要
当前我国正处于经济发展转型时期,保障实现我国劳动力资源能得到充分利用,实现资源的转换优化显得日益重要。该文通过对劳动合同概念的界定以及构成要件和承担方式的分析探讨,结合当下中国社会发展的实际情况,找到其中存在的一些问题,在对理论与实践相结合的基础上对完善相关制度提出一些建议。
China is currently in the period of economic development transformation,Therefore,it is increasingly important to guarantee the realization of fully utilizing China's labor resources and the realization of transforming and optimizing resources.By defining the concept of labour contract,analyzing its constituent elements and commitment methods and taking into account the current situation of China's social development,this paper finds some of the problems,puts forward some suggestions on perfecting related systems on the basis of combining theory with practice.
